The Ignorant Wife Speaks: Week 6 Predictions

Writer's picture: George PatersonGeorge Paterson

Still riding high! In case you missed it my Houston Texan Bulls won their first game last weekend, and with that fire ignited we are going to climb our way to the top. That being said, I’m still shaking my head at George’s comment, for the boys to maybe just take the win as a high for their season and lay low for the rest of the year, focus on next season…Have a better shot at the draft. Well to that I say: there is no reason to throw in the towel just yet- anything can happen! Plus, I’m not sure what the draft is all about yet. Perhaps we will dive into that soon.

Predictions for this week! Letting you in on a little secret, I looked into some stats and injuries this week, not that I knew any players or what their positions were, but thought it couldn’t hurt to have a looksee. I know, I know, maybe something is rubbing of on me, or perhaps that fire to beat George has been ignited like my Bulls’ desire to take the Superbowl…

Bears Over Commanders

Giants Over Ravens

Colts Over Jaguars

Browns Over Patriots

Bengals Over Saints

Buccaneers Over Steelers

49ers Over Falcons

Rams Over Panthers

Cardinals Over Seahawks

Chiefs over Bills

Eagles over Cowboys

Chargers Over Broncos

To my surprise my Texans are not playing this weekend, and George took great delight in educating me as to the bye process of the game on our latest podcast (Click here for a laugh). I’m happy the boys are resting up, but also a little disappointed I don’t get to see them win another game just yet. On the plus side I get an extra week of holding our win over my husband and let me tell you, he is wearing it every day!

As my boys are resting up, I am caught with the dilemma of which game to watch this weekend? George has narrowed it down to the Eagles V Cowboys or the Bills V Chiefs. Which game do you think will be more entertaining? And perhaps the turning point of me accepting this as a good sport…

Keep it together.
