A new week, a new game, a fresh start, and our Houston Texan Bulls are riding the slow momentum to finally put away a win... Hopefully?
Coach Lovie has no doubt been reviewing play after play, minute after minute of our season to date, coming up with some surprise plays and leaning into our players strengths. Which was evident in last week’s game plan of give Pierce the ball to run, run, run. Hey if it works…
Here is the thing, it is expected... More of our rookies are now comfortable in their positions and it is time to see what they can do with the help and guidance of our veterans. It will also give them the opportunity to prove why they were selected to represent this sensational team in the first place.
Hopefully this week Mills has been working with his receivers and runners to work out strategies that work for all of them, like sticking to plays and not waiting for them to be stationary to launch that ball. That said it is going to be a hard match up regardless against the Jacksonville Jaguars especially with our boys on the road and a lack of homegrown supporters.
Let’s have a look at my predictions for Week 5, here’s hoping this week I will be able to pick a few more correct than the preceding weeks. Although, in my mind its still not bad for knowing zilch, zero, nada about the game, players, injuries or history of teams. That being said, check out our podcast for a laugh and George tirelessly trying to educate me in hopes of me falling in love with this game. We have a while to go people…

Up the Bulls! This is our week boys! Now is the time to nurture our rookies’ skills and let them shine in our jerseys; some young fresh blood and ideas injected into the game might be just what we need. What everyone needs to be able to call this a ‘great’ game…
Keep it together.
