The Ignorant Wife Speaks: Week 4 Preview

Camilla Paterson

Coming off an almost win, I have even greater confidence in our Texans this week! Not to mention the whispers surrounding the Chargers and injuries. No, don’t get excited George, I didn’t go digging, I simply listened to you, whether you were pandering to me or not.

Why do I think we have a shot at getting on the board this week? I’m glad you asked.

1) We are not messing around with the first quarter anymore; the boys seem to be more confident in their positions every game and are no longer wasting that time.

2) We had a few standout players last week who are only going to grow their skills and experience as the season continues, boosting the overall performance of our entire team.

3) Coach Lovie Smith.

4) We have no major injuries that I am aware of.

5) We are due for this win.

6) The Chargers logo doesn’t give me much confidence in their performance. The lightning bolt has fallen over…

7) Did I mention Coach Lovie Smith!

There we have it! Undeniable reasoning to why I firmly believe this is our week.

Let’s dive straight into my week 4 predictions, keeping in mind my knowledge of the game is still limited. George is trying to educate me but let’s just say the game itself is not growing on me just yet, which is evident in our latest podcast (Click here for a laugh). I’m making these forecasts purely on names, logos, and the season scores thus far.

Dolphins Over Bengals

Vikings Over Saints

Lions Over Seahawks

Steelers Over Jets

Bears Over Giants

Colts Over Titans

Texans Over Chargers (This is the one!)

Browns Over Falcons

Cowboys Over Commanders

Eagles Over Jaguars

Bills Over Ravens

Panthers Over Cardinals

Broncos Over Raiders

Patriots Over Packers

Chiefs Over Buccaneers

Rams Over 49ers

It’s going to be an exciting weekend of Football (hopefully) with lots more upsets to come, including The Houston Texan Bulls sticking it to the Los Angeles Chargers.

On a side note, The Saints and Vikings will be playing a game in London England over the weekend, most likely an exhibition style game with no real meaning behind it, simply in the hope to try stir interest towards (in my opinion) an overrated game…We will see how it goes.

Keep it together.
